Rehabilitation Services

Get Back to the Life You Love

Our Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation Program supports patients recovering from heart-related events such as heart attacks, bypass surgery, or stent placement. This outpatient program includes up to 18 weeks of medically supervised exercise, heart monitoring, education, and risk factor management—tailored to your unique health needs. Our goal is to help you safely regain strength, prevent future cardiac events, and build lasting heart-healthy habits.

Our Speech Therapy services support patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—with communication, speech, language, and swallowing challenges. Whether your child is experiencing a speech delay, your loved one is recovering from a stroke, or you’re navigating voice or swallowing disorders, our licensed speech-language pathologist provides personalized, evidence-based care. We offer both inpatient and outpatient therapy focused on improving quality of life, functional communication, and safe feeding and swallowing.
